Managing and monitoring the Product Team Carrying out market research to define target destinations
Developing sales strategies & B2B/B2C marketing flows aimed at acquiring new suppliers
Drawing up contracts and defining sales terms & conditions
Organizing suppliers’ onboarding and retention
Representing the company at industry events, trade exhibitions both online and offline
Working closely with the other business units and being responsible for the growth o the product team

A professional with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience
Knowledgeable of the tourism market field
A person with digital skills
Skilled in Project Management
Able to use GDS and booking software programs
Able to use software programs and CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong in analytical, communication and organizational skills
Proactive and able to work with autonomy, thinking outside the box, self-starting problem solver and target driven
Able to evaluate results and develop long-term strategies based on suppliers’ trust
Fluent in Italian and English (C1)
